Suitable candidates will have a mixture of the following skills and experience:

Must have a proven track record working as an AWS Architect or similar role

Must be AWS Certified Solution Architect

Experience of Administering Application Servers, Web Servers including Tomcat and Apache

Experience with AWS VPC Networking & Security including creating subnets, peering, ACL and VPN tunnels, CloudFormation, EC2, VPCs, AWS networking components

Experience with AWS automation using AWS CLI, Boto or Java SDK

Experience with Infrastructure provisioning tools such as Docker, Chef, Puppet, Ansible or CloudFormation

Knowledge of technologies including DNS, Load Balancing, SSL and TCP/IP

Experience gained from ideally working in client-facing roles within a leading IT Services, Management Consulting or a Cloud Service based organisation

Must have strong stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong academic background (BSc / MSc) In this highly challenging role, you will lead the support of Cloud components, document design and configuration details to support 24x7 enterprise Cloud services.
